Our newly built Tyrolean chalets with three double bedrooms set in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps enjoying beautiful mountain views. Nestled within the delightful alpine village of Niederau, in the Wildschönau Valley, these traditional chalets are the perfect setting for a family or group of friends to enjoy either a fantastic winter or summer holiday.

Our newly built and furnished holiday houses offer you everything you need.
You can park your car undercover in a car port attached to the house.
Every house has approximately 110 sq.metres living area. The ground floor consists of an open plan tastefully decorated living/dining room/ kitchen, with SAT-TV, stereo, DVD player, internet connection and telephone. From here you can step out onto an 18 sq.metre stone terrace.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all up to date appliances.
A washing machine is in the utility room opposite the downstairs toilet.
An attractive wooden staircase takes you up to the three double bedrooms, two with balcony. There you will also find a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet.
A warm cosy atmosphere is created by wooden floors throughout the house and together with underfloor heating the combination provides for your well-being.

The price includes all running costs, bed-clothes and towels.
