Niederau , the first village coming up from Wörgl is well known for its challenging runs down to the village center. An 8 seater gondola and a new 4 seater covered chair lift take you to the top of the Markbachjoch. The  well groomed sloaps are suitable for low intermediates and also advanced skiers.3 draglifts at the bottom and 2 draglifts at the top of the mountain are perfect for beginners.

Niederau is also known for its apres ski bars, nightlife  and excellent value for money which makes it also affordable for families.
